CHARTERING/ BREAK BULK SHIPMENT
Chartering of a ship which is mostly used in break bulk and bulk shipments, in simple terms, is a rental agreement in which one agrees to hire a ship or part of it, from its owner. Part (Break Bulk), Time and Voyage chartering are the commonly used modes of chartering that are generally practiced in core shipping.
NFPL is actively involved in arranging Bulk voyages, along with the vessel agencies.The main commodities handled by us, that are transacted in large volumes like coal, Minerals (Iron ore, Bauxite, Ferro Manganese, Gypsum, Sand, rock phosphate etc.), Agro (Rice, Maize, Wheat, Soya, Sugars etc.), cement, aggregates and many more which can be in loose or packed form.
We manage Break Bulk as well as Bulk shipments at all major ports of India. We also serve Stevedoring, Custom clearance, Warehousing facilities, Transportation, Draft Survey etc.
